Registered Osteopath

I am an Osteopath who graduated from the College of Osteopaths in London with a Bachelors degree in Osteopathy. During this time gained additional skills and qualifications in medical acupuncture, taping and strapping and kineseo taping. Prior to graduating I worked as a personal trainer and a sports and remedial therapist in various health clubs across London, for over ten years and furthered my knowledge by studying courses in corrective exercise and exercise rehabilitation.

Currently, alongside working in my clinic, I am a class tutor for T3 Education teaching sports massage therapy techniques. My passion for Osteopathy began from my passion for football after suffering many injuries and seeing an Osteopath for treatment I was amazed with the results. This fascination led me to want to help others in pain with similar injuries and I enrolled onto a five year Osteopathy degree course. Alongside my studies I worked as the head sports therapist of a football team for two seasons. This helped me to apply and combine exercise rehabilitation skills with Osteopathic skills to provide excellent management and advice to athletes and patients.

My aims of treatment reflect my passion for sport by helping my patients from athletes to the general public improve their performance, function, movement and reducing their pain to improve their health and well being. I understand people’s anxiety and fears when it comes to injury and pain and it is my mission to put people at ease and in better health as quickly as possible. Away from work, I’m an avid supporter of football and enjoy spending time with my family.
