  Rupinder is a back magician to put it simply. A no nonsense approach that is surprisingly reassuring. He knows his “stuff” and you are in safe hands. Highly recommend.

  I asked if I could do a review, only because I've been using the skills of an osteopath for the past 20 years or more. In that time, you come across people who are good and some who are not so good. Then you come across the exceptional. Hence the 5 Stars.

  I visited Rupinder after having seen great review on Facebook and having a personal recommendation from my husband who had been previously. I had 'lockdown posture' and my neck was causing me pain 24/7. After the first visit, relief was immediate. After the second, all seems good. He says a third visit should see me back to normal. I highly recommend that you book an appointment, don't suffer in silence thinking it'll get better. (I put it off for a fortnight of unnecessary pain!)

  What can I say, went much better than I thought. After years of stiffness in my back and legs after just one session I was able to touch my toes. I haven’t been able to touch them in more than 10 years. Before trying here, I have tried lots of different people and equipment and techniques which none really helped. Spending lots of money and wasting time. He was recommended to by a friend from the gym who highly praised his work and said give him a go.

  Had my first appointment today and was very nice but rupinder was amazing. Really funny and friendly man! Had many aches, pains and spasms but he worked his magic and after the session no pain nothing! Definitely going back already made another appointment!

  Went to South Oxhey Osteopaths with a lower back, work related pain which I'd been suffering with for around 6 months .I've been very pleased with my progress and im now pain free and able to get back to working without discomfort through the day .Great service I highly recommend
