I don’t normally write reviews but I feel that I have to : my first visit with Rupinder went well and after couple of days I started feeling better; however at my second and last visit (Last Wednesday) it wasn’t the same experience; it felt rushed ( 20 min only) and got the wrong treatment for my condition: Rupinder used a powerful massager on my arm and he could see the pain I was in; 5 days later I’m in worse pain then before and I Had to see another therapist to fix the problem. What i found strange is that when I asked him if I should do some exercises at home he said No !!! The key to healing a back problem is exercise! My current therapist has given me exercises to do at home and I already feel much better. Maybe it’s just me that had a bad experience with Rupinder but I felt I should share it.

  Rupinder is a back magician to put it simply. A no nonsense approach that is surprisingly reassuring. He knows his “stuff” and you are in safe hands. Highly recommend.

  I’ve continued to come to Rupinder for 10 years now, after being very impressed with how quickly he diagnosed and treated my neck and back issues. It was such a relief to see the pain and tension quickly evaporate after the appointment. He’s honest, good humoured and knows how to handle your anxieties while being treated.   I went with a C6 bulging disc with very little movement in my neck. After my first session I had full movement again. 8 weeks on I have no pain at all, my neck feels as good as new.

  Had my first appointment today and was very nice but rupinder was amazing. Really funny and friendly man! Had many aches, pains and spasms but he worked his magic and after the session no pain nothing! Definitely going back already made another appointment!

  I called for an emergency appointment as I believed I had a trapped nerve and was in severe pain, and was very lucky to get a slot. I am so delighted that for the first time in years, I understand my lower back pain and that Rupinder was able to help immediately. Rupinder talked me through each step and although it hurt, the relief was immediate and carried through so I slept for the first night in a week without pain. I would highly recommend his professional approach and knowledge to anyone with a chronic back issue.
