Had my first appointment today and was very nice but rupinder was amazing. Really funny and friendly man! Had many aches, pains and spasms but he worked his magic and after the session no pain nothing! Definitely going back already made another appointment!

  Rupinder is great, makes you feel at ease especially when its your first visit to an osteopath. He's a straight talker but makes your back feel straighter too. Felt a difference right after the first appointment as the tightness across my back was gone (my 'heavy head' felt lighter too!). Looking forward to my next session!

  Rupinder is an amazing osteopath. He managed to heal my really painful neck with professionalism and compassion. All through the treatment he explained clearly and honestly what he was doing and with a wonderful sense of humour. Cannot recommend this wonderful man enough!

  I called for an emergency appointment as I believed I had a trapped nerve and was in severe pain, and was very lucky to get a slot. I am so delighted that for the first time in years, I understand my lower back pain and that Rupinder was able to help immediately. Rupinder talked me through each step and although it hurt, the relief was immediate and carried through so I slept for the first night in a week without pain. I would highly recommend his professional approach and knowledge to anyone with a chronic back issue.

  I have a slipped disc which has been affecting me for a year now. I have seen many chiropractors, regular physio and doctor appointments. Today was my first session with Rupinder. I have to say the relief I got from the session was unreal, he really knows what he is doing. He genuinely cares about his clients and the session is worth every penny.   Ive suffered with a bad back for many years and have seen many osteopaths and never really had great results. I can honestly say Rupinder is A straight to the point kind of guy. No messing around I told Rupinder the issues I was having with my back and I honestly felt a difference after 1 session!. By the second session my pain was gone. Now we are focusing on other areas I’m not great in but the results I’m seeing are amazing!
