1/31/2020 - I visited Rupinder after having seen great review on Facebook and having a personal recommendation from my husband who had been previously.
I had 'lockdown posture' and my neck was causing me pain 24/7.
After the first visit, relief was immediate. After the second, all seems good. He says a third visit should see me back to normal.
I highly recommend that you book an appointment, don't suffer in silence thinking it'll get better. (I put it off for a fortnight of unnecessary pain!)

8/28/2020 - Ive suffered with a bad back for many years and have seen many osteopaths and never really had great results. I can honestly say Rupinder is A straight to the point kind of guy. No messing around I told Rupinder the issues I was having with my back and I honestly felt a difference after 1 session!. By the second session my pain was gone. Now we are focusing on other areas I’m not great in but the results I’m seeing are amazing!

9/24/2020 - I went with a C6 bulging disc with very little movement in my neck.
After my first session I had full movement again.
8 weeks on I have no pain at all, my neck feels as good as new.
