Miss Sharika Stewart
Sharika qualified from the British School of Osteopathy (now the University College of Osteopathy) and has been a member of the General Osteopathic Council since.
After graduating and working in London she joined the team at South Oxhey Osteopaths in 2023 And has been working along side Rupinder since then
The focus of her clinic work is helping patients suffering from both acute and long-term injuries. In particular, she specialises in spinal, shoulder, hip, knee and ankle injuries in addition to helping people with tension and neck-related headaches.
Her treatment is a structural approach using a combination of massage, manipulation, mobilisation and neuromuscular techniques, in addition to rehabilitation exercises.
Beyond general practice, she lives an active life having played football, and cricket to a good standard in her teens and twenties.
