Conditions We Treat
What is Tennis Elbow
Tennis elbow is often the result of repetitive strain on the tendons near the elbow joint. It can cause a weakened grip and persistent aching that interferes with your work and hobbies. Our osteopathic treatment involves assessing the entire arm, from the shoulder down to the wrist, to ensure all joints are functioning correctly. We use soft tissue massage and trigger point therapy to release the tight muscles in the forearm. This reduces the pull on the affected tendons, allowing the inflammation to subside and the tissue to heal properly.
